WHY RECYCLED COTTON MATTERS

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Collection & Sorting: The process begins with the collection of pre-consumer fabric scraps, which are meticulously sorted by color and quality. This step eliminates the need for re-dyeing, further conserving resources and reducing chemical use.
Transformation: These sorted cotton scraps are mechanically processed to break them down into fiber form, preparing them for the next stage of production without the need for water.
Yarn Creation: The recycled cotton fibers are blended with fibers from certified organic cotton to enhance durability and performance. This blend is then spun into new yarn, ready for fabric production.
Fabric Production: This yarn is woven or knitted into high-quality fabric, combining the environmental benefits of recycled cotton with the natural, pesticide-free advantages of organic cotton.
