SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship our products worldwide 100% climate-neutral with DHL GOGREEN.

Orders over 100 EUR are free of shipping costs within Germany.

For all orders under 100 EUR, the shipping costs will be added to the value of the goods in the shopping cart. You will then receive an e-mail with the order and shipping confirmation.


List of countries and the respective conditions:

  • Germany → 5 EUR (2 - 5 working days)

  • Germany (Express) → 7 EUR (1 - 2 working days)

  • European Union → 7 EUR (3 - 6 working days)

  • Non-EU → 7 EUR (3 - 6 working days)

  • USA and Canada → 20 EUR (3 - 6 working days)

  • Rest of the world → On request

The delivery times specified by us are the estimated delivery times of our shipping partners. In rare cases, your parcel may be delivered outside of these times. Delivery times may be longer on Sundays and public holidays.


FREE SHIPPING
We deliver free of charge within Germany from an order value of EUR 100. From an order value of 200 EUR, we also ship free of charge to other EU countries. Returns are excluded from this offer.


DELIVERY TO A DHL PACKSTATION
Your parcel can also be delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please ensure that your address is complete in accordance with DHL guidelines.


NOT AT HOME AT DELIVERY
If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, in most cases your parcel will be handed over to your neighbors or will be ready for collection at a post office. If you do not collect the parcel there in time, the parcel will be sent back to us. Please note that in this case we will deduct the shipping costs and the return costs from your refund. Orders can no longer be redirected by us once they have been dispatched, so please check the delivery address carefully before ordering.


RETURNS
We do not offer free returns. Due to our sustainability efforts, which we implement in all aspects of our operations, we have decided against this.

Free shipping increases the number of orders and also indicates that more orders are placed before the size guidelines have been carefully checked. This increases outgoing and returned shipments, which in turn has a negative impact on the environment.

You can take your parcel to a shipping service provider yourself and send it back to us. You also have the option of receiving a returns slip from us. In this case, we will deduct EUR 5 from your refund.

TAXES AND DUTIES
If you order outside of Germany, import taxes, duties and fees may be levied by your destination country. Import duties and taxes as well as additional costs for customs clearance are levied by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
